A teenager from Houston was arrested for raping a three-year-old girl, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

HE WENT ON TO SAY,
“SHE WON’T REMEMBER IT,” AS IF THAT JUSTIFIES HIS DESPICABLE CRIME.
